# 14 - San Lorenzo - Argentina - 10th June

# 15 - Salta - Argentina - 8th - 11th June

Salta - An 18 hour bus extravaganza from Mendoza, a midnight bus swap and arrival at destination in darkness. Oh how we love to hang out at bus terminals.

You should also appreciate these photos as it was 1000 steps to get to the top.

# 14 - Mendoza - Argentina - 3rd to 7th June

At the foot of the Andes, Mendoza (Argentina). Surrounded by vineyards and bodegas.
Wines on broken bikes, and some competitive table tennis.

# - Goodbye Buenos Aires

So after 16 days we had to depart Buenos Aires. Oh and what a delightful time I had. I mentioned to Vix that my biggest achievement in this city would be getting through those 16 days without standing on dog feces. The city is over run with it, every pavement is splattered with juicy turds. As you can only guess on our departing night whilst walking home I stood in some, hidden under a little mound of Autumn leaves. We then proceeded to lose our way home due to laughter and the constant stomping in order to get it off my one pair of shoes I have with me.

But in summary, BA was a beautiful place in more ways than one, beautiful architecture, beautiful shops and beautiful people, but if I never see a white bread ham cheese and tomato sandwich again I will be one happy girl. xxx

# 12 - Out on the Street

After two weeks of living the high life in our apartment in Palermo, with a bed, wardrobe and washing machine (the modern necessities of life) we were uprooted and thrust into the pavement.

It was not all that bad, the gentleman who we rented the apartment from delivered us to our next destination. The Eco Pampa hostel, this hostel thrives on the three R's philosophy, reduce, recycle and reuse. Just doing our bit for the environment. xx

# - 11 - Uno Dos Tres

Rebel Bar - Location unknown

Arrival - 3.30am
Departure - Also unknown

This is where I learnt to tango.
As you can see from the pictures we are trying to give it a good go. It is very hard to keep up with the Argentinean woman. I was advised I needed to thrust my hips a whole lot more.

Best pick up line of the night.... I like your hat it goes with your eyes, will you take me to Queenstown with you.
